Saint-Ex

In the 14th and U Street Corridors, Café Saint-Ex is a charming restaurant and lounge that integrates a classic bistro-café ambiance with vintage aviation and travel motifs from the art deco era, with inspiration from Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, the aviator-author of the classic children's fantasy 'The Little Prince.'

"GATE 54", the downstairs lounge at Café Saint-Ex, is a destination on its own, offering a vibrant yet relaxing atmosphere. Libations flow, as the Saint-Ex DJs spin a diverse variety of grooves in a comfortable art deco inspired hangar-lounge setting.

I've eaten here maybe twice. The food is good and it's a charming restaurant, but can get crowded and could take a bit of a wait if you don't have reservations.
