Hotel Bars

I was reading on Yelp today about cool hotel bars. I've been to a couple while here in DC, and yes, there are some really nice, cool ones. Here's my list:

Kimpton Hotel Bars:

Hotel Palomar's Urbana Lounge, DC - From their website:
"Named one of Washington, DC's "Hottest Restaurant Bar Scenes," Urbana Restaurant and Wine Bar is a destination in and of itself. Centered in Washington DC's energetic Dupont Circle and transported from the vibrant wine regions of Italy and France."

Hotel Helix's Helix Lounge, DC - (also check out Bar Rouge and Topaz) - From the Helix's website:
" Paris Hilton would say, "It's hot." Elvis might think, It's cool." Stop in and find your own description for the sensational Helix Lounge, located right inside the Hotel Helix. Go with the flow."

Omni Shoreham's Marquee Bar and Lounge, DC - From the website:
"Marquee Bar and Lounge is an elegant martini bar serving the finest imported beers on tap."

To try:
Poste at the Hotel Monaco, DC - From the website:
"The bar, which offers classic cocktails and small plates, makes a popular spot after work or after theater. Named for its historic landmark location, Poste has quickly become a favorite for locals and visitors alike."

Garden Terrace at the Four Seasons in Georgetown, DC - From their website:
"A warm and intimate lounge, offering cosy accommodations for afternoon tea, cocktails or light dining. Set amidst an indoor garden of lush green bamboos and flowering plants, with a bubbling fountain and walls of floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the historic C&O Canal. Garden Terrace is one of Washington's favourite places for business or pleasure."

Le Bar at the Sofitel, DC - From their website:
"At Sofitel, we have transformed conviviality and comfort into an art form. Our restaurants and bars provide the perfect setting for relaxing and socializing and offer refined French cuisine with the latest in fusion dishes from around the world."

Domaso Trattoria Moderna (Arlington) - Washington Business Journal says:
"Waterview's new Hotel Palomar Arlington features an Italian restaurant, Domaso Trattoria Moderna, but other choices in Rosslyn are pretty much limited to paper."
